Institutional Effectiveness
Fall 2007, the COCC Board of Directors established priorities for the 2007-09 biennium in the following five areas:
- Access and Success
- Facility Development
- Assessment
- Fiscal Viability
- Respond to Regional Student and Business Needs
The purpose of the priorities was to set the expectation for College staff to make significant, focused progress in the identified areas, as well as establish methods of assessment, communication and identification of policy issues to be further reviewed by the Board.
Fall 2007, Institutional Effectiveness reporting was revised to best support measuring the College's progress in the established Board priority areas.
