Assessment at COCC
Assessment at COCC is intended to inform planning and decision-making, and provide evidence on the quality of learning, teaching and service the college supports and provides.
At COCC, assessment responsibilities are distributed among the various departments and programs with the intent that the same guiding principles are applied – systematically answering the following questions:
» What are we trying to do?
» How well are we doing it?
» How do we know?
» How do we use the information to improve?
» Do the improvements work?
